Hello! My name is Patience Udinyiwe. Just to keep your mind at rest, Patience is actually a name not a typo :D
I am a wife to a very wonderful man and a mum to two beautiful children. The journey of motherhood as taught me so many things, but the most important two lessons are;
Number one, being a mum is a gift of life and I can´t remember life without my girls in it.
Number two, every parent or guardian need a pat on their back, and I will like to say well done, you are doing a great job.
Everyday life with kids can often be hectic and overwhelming and that is why the highlight of my day is when my kids take their nap. This is when I finally get to enjoy a break and get to blogging.
I love being able to connect with other parents to share my journey and offer resources to help them too. One of my favorite things to write about is how to care for our children African natural hair because it hurt me to hear young adult saying "if only my mum take care of my hair" or "If only they taught me how to love my hair". So, I post tips and advice on how to take care of our kids hair with confidence.
As I navigate motherhood as an African mum living in Germany, I share everyday life experience with kids on my blog. I try to cover all the tips, tricks and creative ideas to help parents and guardian enjoy and love the life of raising naturally independent children.
